Essential holiday information

Cancellations or changes to the dates of your booking must be made in writing.

Winter:

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the total rate
• Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total rate
• In the case of no-show: 100% of the total rate

In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full costs (accommodation + board) will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on your departure day. No refund will be issued in the event of late arrival or early departure. It is not possible to book a specific room number or floor.

For your children’s safety, a guard rail is fitted to the lower bunk bed.

Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge in their parents’ room in both summer and winter. Otherwise, the children’s rates are as follows:

Summer

• Children up to 12 years old: from CHF 20 per child/day
• Children up to 16 years old: from CHF 25 per child/day

Winter

• Children up to 12 years old: from CHF 20 per child/day
• Children up to 16 years old: from CHF 25 per child/day

Children’s rates apply for children staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying guests. Rates quoted are approximate. The valid rates at the time of booking apply.

Minimum stays may apply over public holidays or at peak times.

Holidays are best when every family member can come along – including the four-legged ones. Pets are warmly welcome at our hotel for a charge of CHF 10 per day. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

We reserve the right to charge for any additional final cleaning that may be required.

The conversion from CHF to EUR is carried out using the currently valid exchange rate. Rates are subject to change without notice.

We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas or on your balcony.

The concept behind our Smart Hotel in Samnaun is simple: we offer you reasonably priced accommodation in a stylish hotel. You can decide individually and spontaneously which additional services you’d like to take advantage of at the accommodation. Instead of rigid service packages like full board or all-inclusive, you decide for yourself what matters to you. You choose whether you’d like to add breakfast, where you’ll have dinner, and whether you’d like to treat yourself to a beauty session at our partner hotel.
